I experienced five minutes meditation in five days. So, let me share the result of it.
First day
I practiced meditation lying on the bed. I spent five minutes on it before getting up. I focused my breath and took a breath. However, I was’t able to focus on breathing because I worried about my work performance noticed. Is that right? First day is finished.
Second day
I practiced meditation lying on the bed. I carried on it watching the meditation movie on Youtube. I focused my breath and took a breath with the sign of the kind instructor. I feel like focusing deeper with the movie than alone. It spent five minutes so quickly.
Third day
I practiced it sitting on the chair. I carried on it before the important meeting. I took five minutes to do meditation in the meantime of my work because I’m so nervous about the meeting. I just thought about it while meditation, so I left it as it was. It was so good for me. In five minutes, I thought “OK, I’ll do my best", and I did it accordingly.
forth day
I practiced it taking a walk. I focused on walking, and I didin’t think about anything else. However, it was difficult for me. I thought about my work in the morning. This meditation isn’t fit me.
fifth day
I practiced meditation lying on the bed. Same as first day, I spent five minutes on it before getting up. With healing music, I carried on meditation focusing my breath. As it becomes I got used to it, I felt some change in my mind. I made clear about the cause of my anxiety. I felt the effect of meditation little by little.

I told you about what meditation is and my experience. Some people think of meditation as spritual . I thought it for the first time. In fact, I couldn’t experience the best effect of meditation in five days. However, I learned the importance of looking inside my head and sorting out. Anxiety cause the disturbance of mind. Everyday meditation clarify your anxiety and help you decide some action to decrease it. I recommend you meditation for just a week.
